Coach Jordan Phillips

Sports Performance – Basketball

Coach Jordan Phillips is a former Under Armour Top 100 prospect who went on to compete at both the Division I JUCO and Division II collegiate levels. With years of high-level playing and coaching experience, including serving as a professional coach at the Jamal Murray Skills Camp, Jordan brings a strategic, disciplined approach to player development. As one of the original coaches at RDE Sports, he has established himself as a respected leader known for his ability to develop talent and guide teams to success.

Coach Missy Pederson

Sports Performance

Coach Missy Pederson is a basketball and sports performance coach with a decorated collegiate and professional basketball background. She has guided athletes to success at the highest levels, including Majors, championships, and Solheim Cups on the LPGA Tour. With her expertise, Missy helps athletes grow and excel on and off the court, focusing on skill development, performance, and long-term athletic growth.

Coach Donavan Allen

Sports Performance – Weightlifting

Coach Donavan Allen, having earned a Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Northern Colorado, has coached under names like Jeff Linder at UNC and Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders and Maurice “Mo” Sims at CU Boulder, leading the strength and conditioning teams that served elite college athletes. Coach “Don” uses his experience to help athletes improve their health, movement and athletic performance through purposeful and driven training.

What is Sports Performance Training?

Our Sports Performance Training is focused on overall athleticism. The classes will incorporate development for speed, agility, strength, conditioning and more. Perfect for any sport and age!

What do the classes look like?

Each session is 1 hour long and coach led. Many workouts will include dynamic training drills on our athletic turf, and then transition to the weight room for strength/resistance training.

How do I know if I need a personal trainer or group training?

Working with a personal trainer is a great way for an athlete to develop very specific or particular skills, often pertaining to a certain sport. Group training offers a wider range of development and training options, ideal for an athlete looking for a solid, foundational workout.

Are there sports performance training programs for beginners?

Yes there is! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm is specifically for beginners.

How do you customize sports performance coaching for different sports and skill levels?

Our programming varies each class, as we do our best to make the training as relevant as possible for each age and skill level.

How do sports performance coaches help prevent injuries during training and competition?

Much of our training will include injury prevention and our coaches ensure an athlete’s form and technique are right, mitigating the chance for injury.

What athletic qualities do your trainers focus on improving (speed, power, agility, endurance)?

Our training and programming will vary, although each session primarily focuses on speed/agility, while incorporating other aspects like strength, conditioning and more. Making for a workout that develops overall athleticism.

How do you motivate athletes and keep sports performance training engaging and effective?

Our classes incorporate fast paced training that keeps athletes focused and always moving, often with competitive games so they’re having fun and competing all at the same time.
