Volleyball: Camps and Clinics

What’s the Difference Between a Camp vs. a Clinic?
For athletes looking to take their game to the next level, a volleyball clinic or training camp can be an incredible tool for development. These programs not only help players sharpen specific skills but also build motivation, confidence, and a sense of community by training alongside others who share their passion for the sport.
Camps and clinics are similar in their goals but differ in structure. Camps are typically multi-day and immersive, giving players the opportunity to train extensively, build new habits, and enjoy a more well-rounded volleyball experience. Clinics, on the other hand, are usually single-day or short-term sessions that focus on specific aspects of the game such as serving, spiking, or defensive skills. Both provide valuable instruction, but the choice depends on whether a player is looking for an intensive experience or a targeted skill boost.

Beyond individual growth, camps and clinics also foster teamwork, camaraderie, and lasting friendships with other athletes who share the same goals.
What to Expect at an RDE Sports Volleyball Camp or Clinic
Every volleyball camp and clinic is led by experienced, certified coaches who bring proven training methods and a supportive teaching style to every session. Our staff focuses on both fundamentals and advanced techniques, tailoring instruction to meet players where they are.
A typical day may include skills stations, drills, scrimmages, contests, and team-building games, along with off-court sessions designed to strengthen volleyball IQ. With a low camper-to-coach ratio, each athlete receives personalized feedback and the chance to refine their game.
