Basketball: Personal Training and One on One Coaching

What is Private Basketball Training?
Private basketball training is personalized, one-on-one instruction designed to focus entirely on the individual player’s needs, goals, and skill level. Unlike group practices or team drills, private training offers a fully customized approach, whether it’s perfecting shooting form, improving ball handling, or enhancing defensive footwork.
In Denver, the demand for private basketball training is on the rise as players and parents recognize the dramatic impact it can have on skill development. With focused attention, targeted feedback, and structured progression, players often see faster results and improved game confidence.
Private training benefits athletes of all ages and levels, from young beginners learning the fundamentals to high school players preparing for tryouts, competitive athletes aiming to dominate their season, and even adults looking to refine their game. It’s the most direct path to becoming a smarter, stronger, and more skilled basketball player.
Advantages of a Personal Basketball Trainer
Private basketball training offers benefits that go far beyond what players typically get in a team setting. With every session tailored to the athlete, players can make faster, more targeted progress toward their goals. Expect the following from a private training session: tailored skill development, accelerated improvement, flexible scheduling, enhanced confidence & motivation, and game-ready performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of private training?
Our standard rate is $100/hour. You can also purchase a package at a discounted rate of $365 for 5 hours, or $725 for 10 hours.
How are private sessions structured?
Lessons will begin with a quick stretch and dynamic warmup, followed by a quick rundown of the focus for today’s training, and then into drills!
How do I choose the right coach for my child?
We have plenty of coaches here who are great for any skill level! Please stop into the facility for a chance to meet some of them, or have your athlete attend some of our skills classes.
How does private training compare to a group session?
Private training will consist of just the coach and your athlete, for a 1 on 1 session with individualized workouts. We do offer group training, or semi-private sessions for multiple athletes and these center around more competition, making game-reads, and active play.
How often should I schedule one on one training sessions for best results?
For consistent and proven results, we recommend private sessions at least once a week, over the course of multiple weeks. This consistency solidifies the training and commits what they learn to memory.
