DSST United Club Basketball

What is DSST United Club Basketball?
DSST United is a middle school club basketball program designed to develop rising high school athletes.
Our focus is simple: build strong fundamentals, improve basketball IQ, and physically prepare athletes for the demands of competitive high school play.
Unlike recreational leagues, our club teams train with intention. Players practice twice per week in a team setting, compete in local leagues and tournaments, and participate in integrated Sports Performance Training to improve speed, strength, and agility.
While we are developmental in nature, we expect our teams to compete with focus and discipline.
Why Play Club Basketball Before High School?
Year-Round Skill Development
High school programs expect players to arrive prepared. Club basketball provides consistent reps in shooting, ball handling, footwork, defense, and game situations.
Competitive Game Experience
Real growth happens in live competition. Our teams compete in local leagues and tournaments, allowing athletes to apply what they learn.
Athletic Performance Training
Every athlete in our program participates in Sports Performance Training at Redline Athletics Denver East. This improves speed, strength, agility, coordination, and injury prevention, proven for overall athletic development.
Preparation for High School Tryouts
The need for next level athletic performance increases significantly at the high school level. Our program bridges that gap so athletes feel confident and ready.
