Mike Haynes is the founder of THE BUREAU, an owner at Redline Denver East and the owner of Gray's Peak Academy.  Coach Haynes takes primary responsibilty for skill development of our players, and coaches boys and girls teams at all levels. 

Coach Haynes is simply one of the best skill coaches in the country.  He is regularly consulted by top players to elevate their game.  His passion and talent extends to the bench and his approach to developing competitive teams. Coach Haynes launched Grays Peak Academy to help players reach their max potential and get recruited at the nexl level.  No one in Colorado has more connections in College than Coach Haynes. 

Coach Haynes is a Former Fordham University player (2000-2004) and ACC All Conference Player..  He played internationally for 15 years.  He has served as the Head Coach for Accelerated Prep, featuring McDonald's All American and talented D1 Recruits. Coach Haynes has trained high school players into college, and numerous collegiate players on their journey to the pros. 

Coach Haynes is dedicated to teaching fundamentals at all levels, from elementary school to the professional ranks.

Aaron Bradford is the founder of the club basketball program at RDE Sports.  Coach Bradford began coaching with the YMCA before launching our competitive AAU club program.  He has since launched the DSST Girls Feeder program as well as Rocky Mountain Academic Basketball (Or RMA Basketball). 

Coach Bradford leads our middle school program.  He coaches teams at 6th, 7th and 8th grade on both the boys and girls side.  His goal is to ensure that every player in our program arrives in High School with the skills and IQ necessary to compete for a spot on the player's varsiity squad.  This includes a focus on ball handling, shot mechanics, screening, rebounding, defense and overall physical play that is required to be successful at every level 

Coach Bradford is also leading our collegiate recruiting effort, in partnership with Coach Mike Haynes.  He started RMA Basketball for the purposes of helping players from all clubs get exposed to the collegiate recruiting paths that are available at all levels. 

We select coaches that share our vision for developing competitive basketball players through skill development, team concepts and positive coaching.  Our coaches are all professionals -- basketball coaching is their choosen career and they do it largely full time.  Our coaches are paid to develop, mentor and inspire the players so that they become the best versions of themselves.  

We do avoid coaches that place a premium on winning today over long term development.  We value growth over victories and teach how to compete to a player's capabilities, regardless of the odds or circumstances. Our coaches have all played at the highest levels their skills would take them, which includes college and pro levels. But in the end, the coaches are here for the kids today, tomorrow and through their career on and off the court. 

We do not tolerate abusive coaching techniques directed at our players, the refs or the opposition.  We want our coaches to be professional at every turn -- as they set the example for the players on what is, and what is not acceptable on and off the court.
