THE BUREAU is a club team dedicated to the development of competitive athletes. THE BUREAU founders built Redline Denver East to provide players with industry leading sports performance training coupled with basketball skill development. We chase maximum growth so that each player can achieve their individual best level of play.
Founded in 2017, THE BUREAU has been providing skill development to players in Northeast Denver (as well as across the globe) for nearly a decade. Mike Haynes, an international pro skills trainer, leads his professional coaching staff as they train players in all aspects of the game. We experienced first hand the value of sports in the lives of our youth.
We teach competitive basketball, with a priority placed on skill development. Wins are not as important as growth. For this reason, we spend most of our time running the players through drills that develop ball handling, shooting, scoring, passing, defense and IQ.
To build a 4A State Champion! RDE Sports is building the DSST Boys Feeder program to fill all DSST middle schools with talented and skilled basketball players that will eventually fill the rosters of the varsity squads at each of the DSST High Schools for years to come.
In 2019, Redline founders operated the DSST Feeder program for the boys side. At least three DSST high school boys programs advanced through the 4A Playoffs in 2023, in part due to the training provided to their players during middle school.
The DSST Boys Feeder Program will kick off in March of 2025 with tryouts at Redline Denver East. We will have teams at 6th, 7th and 8th grade. The teams will train 2x a week and play in games during the Gold Crown Foundation Competitive League that runs from March to June.
Girls basketball is wildly underserved in Denver, particularly when compared to the boys side. RDE Sports has built a girls feeder program in Denver Public Schools to train the next generation of high school players. We will deliver our brand of total player development to 6th-8th grade girls with the goal of developing highly competent girl basketball players to DSST high schools.
In 2019, Redline founders operated the DSST Feeder program for the boys side. At least three DSST high school boys programs enjoyed success this year, in part due to the training provided to their players during middle school. We hope to deliver the same kind of training and success to the girls.
The DSST Girls Feeder Program will kick off in March of 2025 with tryouts at Redline Denver East. We will have girls only teams at 6th, 7th and 8th grade. The teams will train 2x a week and play in games during the fall league in preparation for the Gold Crown Foundation Competitive League that runs from December 2024 through March of 2025.
